Since this is an oldschool event it is advised to download RPMPro. You can find the download link to RPMPro below.

The main idea behind this event is to have an oldschool type of event just like it was back in the days, that is why you should have RPMPRO client installed.

How to install RPMPRO

To install RPMPRO place the "RPMPRO" folder in your SOF2 Directory, it's best if you install RPMPRO in a clean copy of sof2, if you do not wish to do that that's fine too.

Once installed, go to your RPMPRO folder and double click on Start_Game.bat. Please note you will most likely have to modify your game settings again.

Thirdperson in game

In the old days RPMPRO did not have thirdperson saved in the client. Meaning you had to use hash cg_thirdperson b/a or <> whatever you prefer to use, for each restart (same for map restart) this is something that it's best to have binded for this event.

You can simply bind this in the game by using /bind 1 hash cg_thirdperson b and /bind 2 hash cg_thirdperson a
